I wish I cried less but what about the bursts of endless laughter that I can feel because of the intensity of my emotions
————————————————————-
I wish I felt less, but what about the feeling of joy
That I feel at inexplicable terms, a treasure to employ?
I wish I cried less, but what about the bursts of endless laughter
That I can feel because of the intensity of my emotions, thereafter?
For in the depths of sorrow, there lies a glimmer of light,
A reminder of the beauty found in the darkest night.
And in the tears that fall, there blooms a seed of mirth,
A testament to the resilience found in rebirth.
So let us not wish away our feelings, raw and true,
For within them lies the essence of what makes us human, too.
Instead, let us embrace the full spectrum of our being,
Finding solace in the highs and lows, forever seeing.
